A General Contracting client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager based out of their Wakefield Office. The company specialise in projects from £500K-£10M, covering Design & Build, New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment within the following sectors; Healthcare, Residential, Education, Leisure, Retail, Industrial, and Listed Buildings. Responsibilities: * Overseeing projects from initial start-up through to completion * Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget parameters * Working on a wide variety of projects, from all sectors within our industry * You may be required to be responsible for either multiple or single schemes * At all times you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract is live * Health and safety will also be a top priority in this role, as will managing client expectations. * Reporting directly to the Construction Director. Benefits The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of up to £60k dependent on experience and a generous benefits package, including company car/car allowance, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme.
