Operations Director - Retail & Restaurant Business Salary: up to £130,000 basic plus excellent package and bonus Location: National role - preferred London & South The Company: We are working with an established restaurant concession business. Their focus is on own brand and excellent franchise partners with leading brands . This group has vision and drive and has excellent investment to see them through this stage of growth. Operations Director Role - * Overseeing up to 80 sites with T/O circa £180 million * Helping in the overall business strategy for the group, specifically focusing on restaurant and food brand partnerships * Key points for this role are to attract a solid, up and coming operator, someone who can embody the company vision and to support and inspire a team. * This is not just about maintaining but also growth, new concepts, new initiatives and development of new brands. * This role demands a certain character - you will be dealing heavily with senior clients and third parties. * Ensure that the management teams are properly supported to fulfil their roles- supporting business managers to increase overall profitability * Working on PR and Marketing and relationship building * Work in collaboration to bring on board, new and emerging food concepts.
