My clients a well established international freight forwarder are seeking an OCEAN EXPORT OPERATIONS CLERKto join there lively medium sized team that is expanding.
Daily duties would include:
- Handling ocean shipments
- Issuing of shipping documentation
- End to end monitoring of outbound shipments
- Booking of FCL and LCL shipments
- Invoicing and job costing
- Ensuring job costing is correct and completed
- Liaising with shipping lines & customers
- Quotations
- Arranging shipments for ocean freight
- Arranging customs clearances
Skills needed:
- Must have at least 2 years+ experience within a freight forwarding
- Excellent communications skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
