A new role has arisen to work as a Marketing Communications & Operations Manager for a fast growing, successful business in the outskirts of Winchester.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to manage the company brand and promotions while being responsible for maintaining the marketing operations and ensuring marketing processes are followed in addition to overseeing the effective management of customer contact within the team.
The key duties are:
- Develop regional or national line campaigns
- Liaising with other Managers to plan marketing activity
- Create tactical solutions that Managers can call upon to stimulate sales
- Liaise with creative agency to develop a clear and strong brand
- Develop metrics around brand awareness and developing plans to impact the metrics
- Negotiate best rates for Media Channels
- Work with Head of Marketing on development of brand propositions
- Ensure execution of company promotions
- Overseeing and developing Customer Contact Advisor
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a marketing qualification (CIM, IDM)
- Have a proven background in Marketing Communications and Brand Management
- Have proven experience in managing internal and external Stakeholder relationships
- Experience in effective budgetary control
- People management skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Results focussed with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Innovative, adaptable and flexible
- Be presentable and professional
This is a full time permanent role, paying an annual salary of £35-£40k.
