My exciting, growing company based in Minchinhampton is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidate looking to get into the purchasing/procurement world! All the successful candidate requires is previous administrative experience and must be able to communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone

-Placing orders

-Chasing order acknowledgments

-Checking pricing and volumes on orders are correct

-Adhoc duties as required

Candidate Attributes;

-Previous experience within customer service or within the office is desirable

- Excel knowledge, ability to do Pivot Tables & V-Lookups would be desirable

-Due to the location of the client own transport is required

-Good working attitude with the ability to work as part of team as well as on their own

Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary- £20,000-£22,000
