The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day Management of all directly and indirectly employed Installation, Aftercare and Support Engineers. Ensuring the smooth operation of all installations by making sure that their team is well trained, compliant, efficient and effective. You will ensure that all work is carried out as per all official regulations including that of the Gas Safe Register, Appliance Manufacturers and the Health and Safety Executive. Monthly reports including Engineer Appraisals, Health and Safety Updates and Performance Reviews will be provided for end of Month review.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and Understanding of Gas Appliance Regulations and Central Heating Systems
