Role: Operations Manager

Our client is a large provider of multi Industrial services, O&M and cleaning services into a variety of facilities, engineering and Industrial, Oil & Gas and estates sectors. Position
We require an experienced Operational Manager to lead a team delivering a range of industrial services to important customers in the central Scottish region. The role will lead service delivery, ensure compliance, get the best from the team, maximise performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Operational management, ideally in the industrial services/ contracting market.
- Ideally delivered services to large clients e.g Process, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas
- Record of recruiting, training, planning and developing large teams up to 100 staff
- Operational delivery, including performance management and hitting KPI's
- Budgetary understanding, financial and commercial awareness
- Experienced in large company systems, compliance, reporting, H&S procedures
