JOB TITLE: **SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT MANAGER**

LOCATION: Horsham

SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

The Supply Chain Account Manager is responsible for specific customer accounts as directed and to act as the primary contact for all matters relating to the manufacturing and distribution business, ensuring that the customers' requirements are understood and met by all relevant departments.

This role is Customer Service and Admin focussed

MAIN DUTIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Deal with all aspects of customer service relating to the needs of the customer and clients
• Have high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Cope with a demanding role and pressures
• Build strong working relationships with the customer and deliver highest level of satisfaction
• Administer every aspect of the customer account
• Ensure reports requested by customer are supplied
• Produce monthly KPI reporting
• Address and follow up system issues, queries and reporting needs
• Campaign management
• Order / Stock management
• Be actively participant in team work
• Regularly attend client meetings

Experience within a manufacturing / distribution environment is desirable.
