The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who can manage groups of engineers as well as confident to support the sales function of products. The ideal candidate will be based in in the Buckinghamshire region.

Operations Manager Position Overview


An experienced Operations Manager based in or around Buckinghamshire is required to oversee the management of engineers as well as supporting the sales function of products. The role will suit an ambitious and motivated individual who has a high technical knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems.

Operations Manager Position Requirements

  • High technical knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems is required
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems is beneficial
  • Providing backup support to engineers
  • Support admin function in smooth running of engineer's diary
  • Supporting sales function by providing quotations for products to clients
  • Developing company products in terms of hardware and software

Operations Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £36k-£42k - DOE
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Bonuses subject to performance and KPI's
  • Commission available
  • Company phone and laptop
