Our client a Flat & Pitched Roofing Contractor in the Bournemouth seeks an experienced Contracts Manager.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to join my clients fast-paced and energetic team based in Bournemouth. The successful professional will be required to oversee multiple projects from start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard. You will be the 1st point of contact for clients, site managers and all sub-contractors. Health and safety issues will be a main priority in this role, as will managing client expectations

About the Candidate:

  • Must have a valid driving license and be able to travel to a variety of locations across the South.
  • The right candidate will also need to have excellent IT skills and experience of managing teams
  • You will have a good level of English and Maths.
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in flat roofing and pitched roofing. The client will also consider a candidate with flat roofing and metal roofing experience.
  • Essentially you will need to have experience of working in a contract management position.
