I am working with a fantastic truly international firm, to recruit a Group HR Operations Project Manager to join them at an exciting period of growth and change.

Your new role
Reporting into the Group Head of Reward and HR Operations, you will manage a HR Systems team of 2, and support the CHRO and Head of Reward and Operations in implementing HR and payroll systems across newly acquired sites, as well as leading on systems process improvement projects across the group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent project management skills, and have demonstrable experience of managing the implementation of hr and payroll systems on a global scale. You will be able to build relationships quickly and efficiently to ensure each site implementation goes smoothly.
