Customer Operations Managers job based in Warwick

Your new company
You will be working for a large international organisation who are market leaders in their field. Due to growth and changes within the organisation they are looking to appoint a new Customer Operations Manager. This is due to an internal promotion.

Your new role
Working within Senior Management you will be responsible for looking after a three teams which are made up of a team leader and 6 operatives. Your role will be focusing on team development and engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are reached and that will measure and report to the Senior Leadership Team on performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in working in a similar role preferably within financial services but leadership experience is key. You must be able to demonstrate your motivational and development skills and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
