Hamlin Knight is recruiting for a Senior Export Administrator to join a leading FMCG distribution company based in Nuneaton. This is a fixed term contract of 6 months paying up to £35,000.

Our client has undergone some major expansion changes both in the UK and overseas which has led to recruiting for this role to support the export team within their Customer Operations department.

DUTIES
*Receive sales order and sample requests, process orders and prepare export documentation
*Arrange logistics with appropriate third party transport
*Liaise with product site teams on stock availability to meet customer order lead-times
*Carry out research and create SOPs for shipping to countries outside of the EU
*Research markets to support company export strategy

ESSENTIAL
*Extensive knowledge of export procedures and documentation
*5+ years export related experience
*Flexibility to travel to locations within the UK that may require overnight stay, to attend meetings on an adhoc basis
*Self confidence to enable competent interaction with colleagues at all levels, suppliers and customers.
