Job Title: Import Coordinator (Sea Freight)
Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to £22,000 pa (Depending on Experience)
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sea Freight Import Coordinator based at our site in Ipswich.
Working in this busy office, the successful candidate will ensure that our clients receive excellent customer service by providing accurate information; responding to requests; resolving problems in a timely manner and building and maintaining good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
You must have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. You must hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Math or Equivalent (e.g GCSE). Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload is also key.
