Operations Manager / Sales - Data Products

An international business-information group covering price discovery, asset management, data and market intelligence, and banking and finance are keen to hire an Operation Manager to join their growing team within commodities. The group also runs an extensive portfolio of events for the commodities, telecoms and financial markets. They provide critical, often industry-standard, information and tools to help thier clients make high value decisions.

They are keen to hire an Operations Manager for thier product team to support the sale of our products to clients.

Skill and experience ideally required for this role are as follows: -

• Experience of Management of third - party data products
• Experience of Managing operations for data business
• Closing Sales Operations
• Will have experience managing third-party supplier agreements
• Strong knowledge complex data/data feed products
• Strong technical, systems, and business process acumen
• Experience running audits/commercial compliance related project activity
• A good understanding of customer fulfilment systems and processes
• Excellent organisational, analytical, written and oral communication skills

• Nice to have:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with commodity exchange data feeds
  • Salesforce CRM experience
