Search are working with a successful and established manufacturer in Leicester who are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth running of the supply chain and client accounts.
This position is being recruited on a permanent basis and is a full time role paying between 20-22k + company benefits.

Main responsibilities:
* Dealing with initial customer enquires and associated administration
* Creating new customer accounts, processing quotations and maintenance of a sales database
* General administration supporting the customer service and sales team
* Daily management small customer accounts
* Understanding the production timelines and ensuring customers are updated with any potential issues
* Supply and demand management and coordination and all associated administration
* Complaint handling proactively preventing any issues with the supply chain

In order to be considered for this position you will have:
* Experience of working within a production/ manufacturing environment
* Supply chain knowledge
* Demonstrable experience in administration
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Good IT skills with experience of working with databases
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent
* Minimum 4 GCSEs grade C and above (must include Maths and English)
* Able to work under pressure with changing priorities
