We have an opportunity for an Export Administrator to join our team based in Silsden. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus excellent training and development for the right candidate.

As our Export Administrator you will assist the department Team Leader with all international trade alongside

Customer Account Management.

The Export Administrator duties and key responsibilities:

- Review and understand the product groups and the individual parts sold with an understanding of their purposes

- Invoicing / Back orders / Quotations for all export customers.

- Customer service contact for export customers.

- Liaise with Goods out to arrange shipment of orders.

- Liaise with Quality and export team leaders to arrange for necessary documentation for new distributors

- Liaise with Graphic design department with distributors product promotions

- Support the team leader to develop export procedures, and trade show fulfilment

- Assist the team leader prepare training for new and existing customers on all products in the export program

- Work as part of the export team and co-ordinate workload with peers

- Processing of Export Documentation

- Progress new accounts

- Support the Credit Solutions with customer collections

Our ideal Export Administrator will have the below skills and experience:

- Previous experience in administration and customer service

- Able to work on your own and look after a portfolio of customers

- Strong communication skills

- Able to provide excellent customer service as there may be times when you are required to deliver face to face

- International export understanding and languages would be an advantage
