We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join a leading company based in Liverpool City Centre. You will be responsible for all the documentation regarding releases and deliveries, reviewing client requests and providing an exceptional service.

The job

Responding to all general telephone and email enquires with in set time lines

Ensuring all relevant documentation is updated accurately on to systems for filing purposes

Updating customers with outstanding charges

Responding to customer release delivery requests

Monitoring a busy mailbox

Ensuring strict criterias are in place before delivery request

Reviewing procedures within the department

Running daily reports for senior management

Handle customer complaints professionally

Reviewing client's requests

Skills required

Shipping / Freight Forwarding experience is essential

Excellent attention to detail

Confident telephone manner

Computer literate
