Demand Planner (12 month Fixed Term Contract) with specialist manufacturer, near Basingstoke £36-40k + bens

Your new company
A specialist technology manufacturer with an excellent reputation and global sales, a leader in their field.

Your new role
This is a 12 month contract to support the S&OP process. You will build strong working relationships with Forecasters around the world to understand the Demand picture coming from their sales territories, and work to collate and refine these forecasts, before working with Supply Planning to optimise inventory and ensure Service Levels are met. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate and improve business processes, in collaboration with your line manager and team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven in a similar position, ideally with exposure to both Demand and Supply Planning, but experience of either, combined with strong analytical skills (including Excel and a recognised ERP System) will put you in contention for the role. You will be comfortable presenting the output from your analysis in a variety of formats (VBA, CRM, Qlikview or other Business Intelligence tools are nice to have but not essential), and you will be happy to commit to a long term contract position.

What you'll get in return
Competitive remuneration and benefits, a long term contract with potential to extend.
