Part-time Finance & Ops Manager
Series A tech startup
City, London
£80k pro rata (1-2 days p/w)
Fantastic part time opportunity for an individual who is keen to join a high growth early stage startup as they embark on the next exciting phase of their journey.
As the only in-house finance hire, you will report directly into and work very closely with the CEO/Founding Director. She is looking for a strong business partner, someone who will offer and implement new analyses to improve key metrics and company strategy, as well as a technically strong accountant. Key responsibilities to include:
• Manage relationship with outsourced bookkeepers responsible for transactional finance
• Have ownership of the finance function in its' entirety
• Budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis
• Support the CEO on future investment rounds including Series B
• Managing external contract negotiations
• Working with key internal departments to model new business opportunities
Profile:
• Fully qualified - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Broad experience within a fast paced startup
• Previous exposure to using Xero software
• Fun in person!
• Available to start immediately
Work schedule:
• 1-2 working days per week (flexible around your diary)
