Onsite Contract Manager Part Time

Adecco Corpoate are currently looking for a part time Onsite Contract Manager to manage their MSP client. The role will be primarily based between Eastbourne and Lewes with the occasional day travelling into our London Based Office.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that all temporary recruitment requests for the client are fulfilled both directly and via our extended supply chain

• Meeting with key stakeholders/ Heads of Service to discuss various requirements and provide a consultative service
• Ensuring that all new recruits meet requirements and are fully compliant prior to engagement
• Manage all issues and queries in line with service level agreement
• Conduct supplier forums and conferences where necessary to support client requirements and market information

• Regular review meetings with the client to understand and communicate business changes
• Identifying areas of process improvement and implement strategies to overcome obstacles

The Contract Manager will ideally have the following:

• Previous recruitment or contract management experience - experience working onsite would be desirable
• Proven customer service, relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn
• Excellent computer literacy including excel and preferably platforms used for recruitment and selection
• You will be ambitious with a desire for continuous improvement
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to respond to changing demands
• You will have a passionate and driven attitude
• The ability to use your initiative to overcome obstacles

We offer a very attractive starting salary based on skills and experience. Furthermore, all travel outside primary base will be eligible to be expensed.
