Procurement Systems Analyst - Derby - £25,000 -£30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Procurement Analyst, working for a well established travel company based in Derby.
Responsibilities
Owner management of procurement master data, using Oracle P2P
Updating new records on system in line with agreed SLA's
Supporting a small team of Category Manager and the Strategic Contracts Manager
Assisting with new tenders and contract preparations
Compiling category plans & reviews - Marketing Intelligence
Liaising with Purchasing Manager to resolve pricing queries
Maintaining supplier alert profiles generated by the business intelligence
Undertaking the annual Oracle vendor master cleanse to support supply base rationalisation
Proactively socialising new tools/dashboards/reports developed for the benefit of the Category Managers to promote a self-service culture
Raising purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)
Ideal Person
Experience using SAP and Master Data Management
Understands the P2P process
A vast understanding of the procurement process
Logical and analytical thinker

Able to work as a team and under pressure
Sense of urgency
