One of the biggest Global Professional Services Firms are looking for a Senior HR Services Category Manager to lead the Procurement Strategy around maximising the wellbeing of Internal Employee Benefits. The multinational organisation currently has over 200,000 employees and operate in around 150 countries. They work with around 80% of the Fortune Global 500 and are ranked as one of the most attractive global employers.
Managing a team of 3, the Senior HR Services Category Manager will be responsible for the Procurement Strategy for the Employee Benefits throughout the firm such as Healthcare Insurance, Learning & Development, and Pension Schemes. You will be managing a $600m spend for HR Benefits throughout North America, where you will be developing and implementing your Procurement strategies, so your communication and influence with Senior Stakeholders are vital. Although you will be handling Employee Benefits spend across North America, you will be working in sync with the Global Teams to ensure the optimal Procurement strategy is executed.
As a Senior HR Services Category manager, you well be:
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and communicating you're the Procurement strategy and progress through regular meetings
- Completing local and regional sourcing deals, and collaborating with local stakeholders in planning Procurement projects
- Leading complex negotiations and RFP's with the aim of improving the sourcing strategies to reach cost reduction targets
- Managing all people related activities such as performance, compensation and learning, for respective staff
- Building strong relationships with existing and new vendors, and minimizing contractual risk with these vendors
Requirements:
- Strong background with HR Services Procurement Management, particularly within areas such as Benefits, Pension Schemes, Healthcare Plans and Insurance
- Experience working in a global and complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management, with the global mindset to influence these leaders
- Deep data analysis and presentation skills, through Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to travel occasionally throughout the North-East region of the US for stakeholder meetings and project implementation
- Bachelors' degree
