Contracts Manager / Project Manager - Lightning Protection - London

Our client is a leading lightning protection company providing a range of solutions. Due to continued expansion through an aggressive growth strategy, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Contracts Manager to join this expanding organisation covering the South East of England.

This is a high profile role with a number of key responsibilities including: managing lightning protection contracts, leading a team of Supervisors to ensure customers expectations are achieved on multiple sites whilst maintaining profitability, ensuring compliance and health & safety are adhered to at all times, assisting in the preparations of estimates, developing protection solutions as required, ensuring all installations are delivered to the correct specification and on time, liaising with both internal and external clients to update them on the progress of projects and other ad hoc work as required.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of contract management gained in either lightning protection or facilities services. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
