They are committed to providing a diverse range of clients throughout the UK with world class logistics services. The client prides themselves on being the UK market leader in chilled shared user logistics, with up to 120 food and drink companies currently contracted.
The Rewards:

- 256 hours of holiday
- 4 on 4 off days and nights rotation
Warehouse Shift Manager - Requirements
- An experienced warehouse shift manager from a FMCG background
- Flexible attitude
- A real self-starter with tonnes of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
- A supportive leader who has a passion for managing and developing their team
- A passion for getting heavily involved with the day to day warehouse activities, not sit in the office dictating
- Comfortable in upholding Health and Safety, Compliance and Cost standards
- Experienced in managing large teams and high volume per shift
- Solutions driven with the ability to think and work under pressure with time constraints
- Strong Manager and good people person
- Change Management specialist
Warehouse Shift Manager - Responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse picking and packing operation
- Work to company KPI’s with consistent success
- Running a fantastic distribution site
- Leading and developing a team - instil a professional culture within the team - operate at the highest standards.
- Motivating your team, driving passion for an exceptional client service
- Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards at all times
- Training and Appraisal of team - managing in line with KPIs as required
- Daily, hands-on inspection of your workspace.
