The Position

  • We are handling an export sales position for an internationally focused business based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
  • The company is a well-managed SME and leader in the supply of capital equipment sold into a variety of hi-tech industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, defence and others.
  • We are recruiting for an Export Sales Manager to take responsibility for the management and expansion of the company’s international network of agents and distributors.
  • The Export Sales manager position is NOT home-based and will require that the successful candidate lives within a commutable distance of Luton or is prepared to relocate.

  • An ambitious, profitable and internationally focused SME with an excellent reputation in its specialist field.

The Package

  • The international Sales Manager should expect a basic salary of £40-50,000 with a commission structure likely to yield £20-50,000 in performance-related income.

The Person

The business requires impressive export sales managers who meet 4 clear criteria.

  • Significant Export Sales / International Sales experience.
  • A capital equipment background.
  • Experience of managing a sales agents and distributors.
  • Living within a commutable distance of Luton or prepared to relocate to the area.
