We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager for an exciting fast growth logistics business based in London. This is a great opportunity to work for an innovative tech driven business in a newly created team.

The role will report into the Head of Key Accounts and be come with excellent training and career development prospects.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing and taking ownership of shipments for VIP and Key Account clients, ensuring key tasks are completed
  • Ensuring all customer communications are delivered with the highest professionalism
  • Create bespoke reports to identify trends and opportunities to increase our service levels
  • Ensuring customers retain full visibility and are informed at all times of shipment progress
  • Reviewing Performance against internal and customer KPI's
  • Identifying barriers to performance and driving solutions
  • Holding customer review meetings and present performance updates

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience managing key customer relationships within a B2B environment.
  • A focus on developing the team to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Some experience with international trade and supply chain
  • A solid understanding of customer supply chains and KPIs.
  • Experience of building customer relationships
  • A positive, collaborative attitude

The successful candidate can expect a base salary between £40,000 and £50,000 plus benefits.
