Greenfield EMEA IT Procurement Manager £90k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a global Financial Services organisation in London, for an IT Procurement Manager to cover the EMEA businesses and identify addressable spends, within a Greenfield environment.

The new Head of Procurement has been building the EMEA Procurement brand for the last 12 months. They are now looking to grow the function and have recently employed an Indirects Category Manager, now requiring an IT-focussed Procurement Manager to complement the team.

Previous Financial Services or Global experience is NOT a prerequisite, given the UK centric nature of the EMEA presence.

What is required is a strong IT Procurement background and the ability to demonstrate working within an ambiguous environment before, where Procurement is unmandated but has been well received.

Acting as a business partner, building relationships with different businesses within a diversified financial services group, you will need to be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders up to the CIO level.

With circa £250m of addressable spend identified for the Procurement team, you will be comfortable managing multi-million pound spends and running large sourcing activities, whilst the spend will only increase as the increasing
