We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to play a part in continuing to develop an outstanding procurement team that collaboratively supports all the agencies.

Purchasing from the everyday to the bespoke, you will be working in an extraordinary procurement role, buying extraordinary goods and services.

About the role

As our Senior Procurement Lead, you will head a skilled procurement and contracting team at a time of huge change. You will oversee a diverse, challenging, multi-million pound portfolio and advise colleagues on strategic issues to meet business goals. Focused on shaping our procurement function, you will translate business objectives into clear goals for your team to achieve. Value for money is key as you seek to improve performance from suppliers, while supporting collaboration across the three agencies.

About you

You will bring impressive experience of implementing complex decisions, embedding organisational change and managing significant budgets. With your comprehensive understanding of best practice procurement and supply chain processes and methodologies, you will be a role model for mentoring and coaching others. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative ethos, you will also empower and instil confidence in your teams. With our support, you will work towards a degree level qualification, MCIPS or business equivalent.
