We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to play a part in continuing to develop an outstanding procurement team that collaboratively supports all the agencies.

Purchasing from the everyday to the bespoke, you will be working in an extraordinary procurement role, buying extraordinary goods and services.

About the role

As our Procurement Manager, you will manage a small commercial team and help develop each individual's capability. As part of your role, you will encourage the undertaking of relevant training opportunities and continuous professional development. You will also focus on providing an outstanding procurement service to a range of customers – everyone from project managers, through to those at a senior level. This means you will work with sensitive operational areas and be responsible for both monitoring contract performance and analysing commercial risk.

About you

With a background of developing a procurement and supply chain service, you will have a sound understanding of best practice procurement processes and methodologies. As a strong communicator, you will confidently engage with people at all levels of seniority and inspire those in your team to achieve their best. With a collaborative ethos, you will embed change, resolve issues and help teams to overcome any setbacks. With a keenness to develop your own skills, and with our support, you will work towards an MCIPS or business equivalent qualification.
