Supply Chain Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply chain administrator to join a stable and growing Bournemouth based company that offers you career progression. The company is very well established and their loyal employee record shows what a great company they are to work for.

We are looking for a Supply chain administrator to process orders, update customers and ensure sales are processed from start to finish including the logistics and transport coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining product information on stock management systems
  • Raising, sending and maintaining purchase orders
  • Consolidating shipping paperwork for imports, updating systems and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Ensuring all stock figures are live and accurate
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring they are picked, dispatched and delivered on time and in full
  • Managing sample requests and deliveries
  • Updating weekly delivery performance trackers

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience within a supply chain environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

  • £17,000 - £20,000 p.a.
  • Bonus
