Export Administrator

Nr Brighton - (not on public transport route)

£19500 - £25000 - depending on export experience

Permanent: Working hours are based on a 37.5 hour working week between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

An enthusiastic and flexible Administrator with a passion for progressing a career is required for Hunters’ client, a global aircraft component support specialist. The higher end of the salary range is available for a logistics administrator with experience in shipping, export or supply chain. The lower end will be for a career starter who is passionate about logistics and aviation with a year or so of office administration skills. The export administrator works as part of the Logistics team to ensure that all shipments are handled in accordance with company procedures and meet all operational requirements.

The ideal candidate:

You will certainly be educated to a decent A-Level standard and ideally with a University degree. Your application will show passion to develop in depth knowledge and skills within Logistics. You will be proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a busy environment. The Export Administrator will offer strong problem solving ability and be an analytical thinker with experience of producing and evaluating reports. The Export Administrator will be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment with excellent communication skills at all levels, verbal and written. You have the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Your telephone skills are professional and confident, and your skill set includes: strong organisation, time management and excellent administration with superb ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
