Project Manager- Operational Change Manager -Transfer Agency, Permanent, Horsham

Project Manager- Operational Change Manager is required to work on a permanent basis for a leading prestigious Investment Manager based in Horsham Sussex.

The Role

The client is looking for a change specialist who really likes change. They have got a new site, new teams, and new ways of working. So we want someone who’ll roll their sleeves up, work out what the business needs and co-ordinate the many changes driven by new products, regulations and systems. You’ll assist your manager running the team but still be busy, hands-on, and can-do. You’ll need to influence all kinds of people in all kinds of places. But that also means there’ll be lots of opportunities to make an impact.

Responsibilities required by the Project Manager Operational Change Manager

Keep up to date with all industry and technical developments that may result in change implementation

Assist with the development of team members

Assist with prioritising and assigning resources to team members

Produce technical data on business change

Help answer queries and solve problems

Manage stakeholders with great communication

Make sure project documents and checklists are up to date and maintain best practice

Develop hub processes to improve quality and reduce risks

Project manage tactical and strategic changes, including regulatory change, and make sure we hit delivery milestones

Support new project initiatives

Help with product launches and restructures, and make sure processes and systems are updated

Key skills and experience required by the Project Manager - Operational Change Manager

Significant project or business change experience

Experience of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and benefit tracking processes

Good with Microsoft applications, including Excel to an intermediate level

Good with numbers

Excellent written and spoken English

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

Experience working with or in a Fund Operations team

Experience of the fund transfer agency process

Experience of supervising, coaching or mentoring people
