Operations Team Manager - Kings Hill
£26,500
Our client, a leading employer in Kent, are seeking an Operations Team Manager to join their expanding team in Kings Hill.
This position is initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract, however, it is expected to go on for longer.
As an Operations Team Manager, your role will involve -
- Day to day management of the team
- Lead and develop your teams, manage 121's and routine reviews
- Meet and review both individual and team targets
- Provide quality customer service
- Act as a point of contact and support for both customers and the team
The successful candidate will -
- Have previous experience of leading a Team
- Be passionate and ambitious
- Be comfortable leading a team that is continuing to grow year on year
