Operations Manager

Operations Manager. A Chippenham based firm needs an Operations Manager to look after the general running of it's office functions. The Operations Manager role will involve looking after the office admin staff, overseeing the accounts person and accounts functions, HR manager or HR management and employee care and responsibilities, looking after general supplier management and procurement from an office manager perspective and taking care of general facilities management.

The Operations Manager will have performed a similar office manager, operations manager, facilities manager, financial controller, sales support or HR manager type function - or ideally a role that encompasses the majority of the brief.

The Operations Manager will have a driving licence and car and be able to do simple errands as and when required. The Operations Manager will need a flexible approach to hours although they are predominantly full time day time Monday to Friday. The Operations Manager or Office Manager will have worked as an Operations Manager or Office Manager.

The Operations Manager salary is £30-35k plus benefits
