Our client is a global manufacturer of industrial consumables; they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager at their manufacturing site in Tipton (DY4).
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will take day to day responsibility for a number of departments including Purchasing and Supply chain, Logistics, Human Resources, Health & Safety and Environmental.
You will also work with other members of the management team (Production / Process / Quality / Maintenance) on a number of high value process and facility improvement projects.
Of graduate calibre, you will preferably have relevant Operations or Purchasing experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
We are very keen to hear from candidates with aspirations into senior management this role will for the right person naturally evolve into full Plant Management within the next three years.
