Contracts Manager required to work for an industry leading company that specialise within the architectural glazing, fire rated and acoustic partitioning sector. The projects will be located throughout the Northern territory with the offices located in Leeds. Due to continued success and company growth this is now a great time for a Contracts Manager to join the team and grow with them.
The most successful Contracts Manager will have experience working on partitioning, architectural glazing or acoustic projects previously. The Contracts Manager will be required to take charge of the planning, resourcing and supervision of projects throughout the North and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Contracts Manager Position Overview
- Manage the performance of projects within the Contracts department
- Site meetings
- Liaise with clients and internal Quantity Surveyors
- Quality assurance, labour control and resourcing of materials
- Cost management, valuations and filing accounts
- Carry out risk assessments
Contracts Manager Position Requirements
- Previous Contracts Management experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- PASMA
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- SSSTS
- CSCS
- Interior Systems experience
- Contacts with Architects throughout the North is highly advantageous

- Salary £38,000 - £45,000
