As a trusted leader of a small number of Project Surveyors, you will act as an invaluable support to the Head of Asset and Delivery. You'll be there to develop, rationalise, streamline and monitor a designated number of maintenance, repairs and service charge contracts for Riverside.

Your key responsibilities as Riverside's Contracts Manager will include:

• overseeing the development, implementation and review of effective business procedures
• providing a consultative service to management colleagues
• successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
• developing and reviewing relevant budgets

You have a proven track record of successful contract implementation and management for a diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties.
