Warehouse Team Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Warehouse Team Manager to workwith Spectrum for Arcadia, a leading international fashion retailer in Daventry. This role will see you be part of the initial set up of a brand new site, as the site goes live you will take a more managerial role for a team of operatives.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

This is a permanent position as a Warehouse Manager and is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of something special with plenty of room to develop on a clear career path.

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will be, but not limited to:

• You will manage individual and team performance with weekly reviews
• Proactively work with the agency providers to ensure all agency employees receive weekly updates on performance
• As a warehouse manager you will carry out disciplinaries, grievances and exit interviews
• Adapt labour requirements in line with revised forecasts ensuring spend remains in line with budget
• Manage individual and team productivities in order to achieve and maintain minimum standard
• Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to

As a Warehouse Manager you must have:

• Experience in a multi channel distribution or logistics environment or similar
• Experience of managing large teams and people management
• Experience of sophisticated WMS (warehouse management system)
