Your new role
You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Direct Procurement category - delivering value on TCO model, developing an SRM program and stakeholder Management
- Define and deliver a Category strategy for the provision of direct goods and services spend through Category Management, competitive tendering and contract Management
- Provide commercial recommendations, negotiate contracts and support deliverables
- Ensure Procurement processes are adhered to
- Manage a complex stakeholder environment across multiple individuals
- Build healthy Supplier relationship management plans with key suppliers
- Manage the processes of contract performance measurement and management
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Procurement Background - ideally gained within a Pharmaceutical Regulated / Complex business
- Experienced in Category Management across a range of direct commodities
- Advanced level of emotional intelligence
- MCIPS Qualified or working towards ideally
- Proven track record of stakeholder management
