Permanent Facilities Bid Manager job in Maple Cross - £50,000 to £80,000 depending upon experience

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Bid Manager to join my client in Maple Cross on a permanent full time basis.

This job will involve leading day to day aspects of a bid and a bid team, including estimating, planning and submissions functions. You will be required to develop and agree bid strategies through in depth understanding of the clients needs and the market place. As the Facilities Bid Manager you will identify and plan bid resource requirements and ensure that all necessary resources are utilised in the most effective way.

You will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary bid team throughout the whole bid process including pre-tender and post-tender work.

Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent, have a proven track record of managing successful bids, preferably FM bids, have a strong understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of commercial conditions and design process.
