Robert Half are recruiting an Operations Manager for a rapidly growing business in the tech sector which is experiencing rapid growth following a very successful round of investment. This growth will have a positive effect on the role and as a pivot point for the business and will be an extremely rewarding position for an ambitious candidate looking to grow with the company.

Typical duties that the Operations Manager will carry out include:

  • Lead the HR, Facilities, Finance and Admin staff within the organisation and take responsibility for all future recruitment in this area
  • Monitor and analyse current business operations infrastructure and prepare a plan for the future road map of the department within the organisation
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively and in line with forecasts
  • Implement new policies, work flows and procedures
  • Assist with any other duties that will see the business hit their highly ambitious growth targets

In order to be considered for this role of Operations Manager, candidates will be expected to:

  • Have proven experience in at least one core area, whether it be HR, Finance, Project Management, Facilities or Business Administration
  • Be a Self starter than can demonstrate drive and ambition
  • Possess outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Enjoy the prospect of working in a fast growing, innovative and ambitious business
