£44,000 - £50,000 plus car and discretionary annual bonus
Our client, a global manufacturing business are currently looking for a new Category Manager to be based in Rugby. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing your own strategies to innovate and review your categories. The role will be very diverse with spend expected to be between £30 – 50m across a number of categories, direct and indirect. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a variety of vendors so will need to be extremely target driven. You will be reporting into the Procurement lead for Europe and as such will have exposure to key stakeholders of the business, both locally and regionally.
The ideal candidate will be a shrewd negotiator, who can influence and develop others. You will have extensive experience within Category Management and hold a CIPS.
