Warehouse Manager - Up to £35,000 DOE - St. Albans - 37.5 Hours PW.
A well-established family run clothing supplier in the St. Albans area is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who has lead successful warehouse teams and ran efficient warehouse operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and develop the performance of your team.
- You'll be responsible for the overall activity within the warehouse such as Performance reviews, work with the HR Dept, manage recruitment and implement training to staff.
- Improve warehouse processes and procedures.
- You'll monitor, measure and ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
- Sustain existing health and safety procedures.
To be considered:
- Previous warehouse management experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Build relationships with your team and grow the business.
- Be able to work under pressure and find solutions to problems.
