This Leading Marketing Outsourcing Organization is seeking a Director of Client Development to support the organization's extensive growth plans across the Americas. The organization, with more than 25 years' experience across the globe is a Marketing Outsourcing Organization with over 35 offices across the Globe including London, Chicago, Sydney, Shanghai and Paris.
You will report into the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for North America and be expected to work with new and existing clients across the US to develop their accounts and lead the implementation of key client initiatives and innovations. You will be integral to the growth and development of the organizations US efforts and work to maintain and expand new and existing client relationships.
Opportunity
This opportunity will allow you to be based remotely. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development and be expected to develop new and existing relationships with clients across the US while taking the lead on the implementation of key client initiatives and innovations.
As the Director of Client Development, you will:
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (including the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development and Regional CEO) to develop key strategies and initiatives for new and existing clients
- Maintain close relationships with client teams across the US to ensure client relationships are developed
- Have an excellent understanding of multiple markets and clients to be able to work with clients to recommend the best possible actions
- Create and implement growth strategies based on particular client needs
- Work with the sales and client teams to create and lead sales and solutions pitches for new and existing clients
Key Skills
- Key experience leading Business Development and/or Client Development
- Experience working within the Marketing industry, preferably within a marketing agency or consultancy
- Strong knowledge of market trends and current business strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Statistics, HR, etc.)
