£35,000 - £40,000 pa based on experience

We are working with an established Customer Service Outsourcer who are rapidly expanding through aggressive growth and acquisitions across the globe. Their technology empowered services deliver leading-edge, omni-channel insights for their growing customer base.

This role is based at their operational contact centre in Ipswich, providing omni-channel, multi-lingual 24/7/365 services.

We are looking to speak with experienced Operations Managers with contact centre experience, who are interested in supporting this business in its continual development and growth.

You need to have experience in managing multi-channel contact centre, developing solutions and services by leading from the front and planning for success.
