Supply Chain/Logistics Administrator
Unico are delighted to be supporting this number one US-based independent company who have their European office based in the centre of London who are looking for a Supply Chain/Logistics Administrator to join the Operations Team as well as supporting the team in the Europe
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain/Logistics Administrator will manage the order transactions, maintain effective inventory management procedures and accurate databases. Keying any transactions into the inventory management system as necessary and/or auditing any systematic transactions on a timely basis.
- Manage stock transfer transactions to optimise stock
- Maintain an accurate inventory management system
- Develop all necessary reports and documentation
- Make sound, data driven recommendations on programs and processes to improve the management of inventory
- Conduct daily test counts and product searches, as needed utilizing necessary material handling equipment
- Reconcile inventories to make necessary stock adjustments
- Ensure all documentation is completed
ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?
- Experience in inventory and / order management ideally within logistics and/or supply chain management.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a major plus.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics using Excel (minimum requirement) and Inventory Control software (Macola, SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be needed as well as the ability to produce reports in these programs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, advanced Excel).
- Strong communication skills (I.e. influential, confident, pragmatic)
- Ability to travel as required
