Service Improvement Manager - Customer Service Operations
Salary: £63,000 to £80,500 – 12 Month FTC
Location: Croydon
Tenure: 12 Months FTC
 

Our client is currently looking for a Service Improvement Manager to join them on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.  

The Company provide services (contact centre, pensions administration and online) to around 400,000 members and are keen to improve the productivity and efficiency of what they do. 

They are looking for an enthusiastic, “can do” leader who will act as a Business Owner for an improvement programme within their Scheme and Member Services directorate. You will be responsible for developing and delivering greater efficiencies in their service and maximising the productivity of their Member Services and Digital Services operations in line with their strategic targets. You will be passionate about providing brilliant customer service and putting their members at the heart of everything you do.
 
Within the Service Improvement Manager role, you will be working with operational teams, analysing operational MI to identify key areas of focus, developing an innovative strategy and delivering a plan to increase efficiencies, automation and digitisation, including driving up the use of their online channels.  You will use your contact centre expertise to develop best practice and maximise the use of resources.

They’re looking for applicants that always put the customer first, so experience of high performing customer service operations is essential.  Additionally, they are looking for an individual that has experience of working with operational teams to manage the successful delivery of change and process improvement and to maximise the use of online services.  This position requires the gravitas and experience to successfully communicate across a variety of areas and levels within the organisation, inspiring, encouraging and influencing individuals to embrace the changes.
