Our client is part of the largest family owned vending company in the UK.

They are now looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate, dedicated and committed to delivering an outstanding customer service. The purpose of this role is to support their goal of driving a better quality service for their customers and help them to retain their staff, both of which will drive improved business performance.

As their Operations Manager, you are expected to manage all aspects of the operations department; ensuring all Vending Operators are fully trained to clean and fill machines correctly. You will organise their routes and ensure the completion of paperwork for the efficient running of the company. In addition, the Operations Manager will be expected to liaise with clients as and when required.
