The Person:
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has experience of running all aspects of a busy office, to include the development and management of company marketing and communications, HR, IT, Finance, Compliance etc. They will cross train on sector but you must have a genuine passion/knowledge for Fashion/Retail Sector and also must have experience working within a Recruitment Consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be polished in presentation and have excellent communication skills; be motivated, driven and fit into a company ethos of quality over quantity!

The Role:
This position will report directly into the MD and you will be responsible for running a large office supporting a team of 35 staff; this will include managing all aspects of HR, the ongoing development and management of company marketing and communications, PR, IT, Finance and various projects. Work from home a day a week, plus our client will consider someone looking to work a 4-day week. Candidates will have an Administrator and Marketing person to support them. Our client needs a candidate who is very proactive, with excellent organisational skills, there is a huge attention to detail required! Someone who can deal with confidence with senior individuals. This is a high energy, busy working environment! There is excellent career potential on offer for the right individual.
